Ajith is to sing a song in 'Godfather' which has music by AR Rahman. He claims that the song is to satisfy the fans who feel that except for their idol every hero in town has sung a song. Now Ajit feels that his voice and Rahman’s music should create wonders. Anyway we will have to hear out Rahman on this.Ajit’s next release is 'Ji' directed by Linguswamy. The film had a total of 130 days call sheet. Filled with many changes and frequent stoppages the film is finally nearing release.

'Ji' is scheduled for Pongal release. Linguswamy the director says that the film opens with Ajit sporting a beard coming out of the jail. In a flashback we are told why Ajit went to jail. Linguswamy feels that Ajit after 'Kadhal Kottai' could have been slotted to do roles with great performance and he proved it with Vaali but with Amarkalam the actor got into action . From here Ajit got slotted into action but Linguswami has combined action and acting . We will have to hear out on this. Trisha is the heroine and this film is her next release after Ghilli. Will she prove lucky for Ajith?
